Lunker Logic is a fishing-strategy service operated by RJH Ventures LLC ("we"). By using the app or lunkerlogic.com you agree to these terms.

Using Lunker Logic

The app is free to download and use. You need an account, which is for you alone; keep access to your email secure because sign-in links go there.

Paid features

We may offer optional paid features on our website in the future. Any price and its terms will be shown to you before you pay, and nothing is charged without your confirmation.

Guidance, not guarantees

Strategy docs, fish-behavior summaries, and historical analyses are best-effort guidance built from public tournament results, National Weather Service weather, USGS water data, and your own self-reported preferences. They are not a guarantee of any outcome on the water.

Safety and regulations

You are responsible for your own safety, your tournament eligibility, and your compliance with any conservation or regulatory rules at the lakes you fish. Verify ramp closures, slot limits, and tournament rules with the sanctioning body before launching.

Your content

You own the sessions, catches, photos, and gear you add. You give us permission to store and process that content only to provide the service to you, including personalizing your strategies. We do not publish it.

Acceptable use

Account access is for the registered angler only. Do not share your sign-in. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or that are used to scrape or republish the product's data at scale. Do not attempt to access other people's accounts or interfere with the service.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, RJH Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Apple

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
